Good knowledge of the local market, our consumers and specifically business customers and their needs. Good knowledge of businesses, business trends and office trends. In-depth knowledge of the IKEA product range and services across all HFBs including technical specifications, test certificates and intended use. Good understanding of local rules and regulations related to furnishing businesses within all segments. Understand of the IKEA supply chain and the challenges this can create for the business customers shopping with IKEA. Good knowledge of relevant sales tools like iSell, Centiro, Sälja, iQuote, IKEA planning tools. Good understanding of the Business Customer Experience maps and how to influence each step of the customers journey.
