BRIEF INTRODUCTION

As a Branch Operations Assistant/Receptionist you will provide operations and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and the Advisor teams.

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU

  • Be instrumental in management of the daily administrative operations of the branch
  • Manage client account activities and ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Assisting with the execution of implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations
  • Act as first point of contact for clients arriving at the branch
  • Process cheques and documentation received by clients
  • Complete all non online account management and shareholder communication
  • Maintain branch efficiency

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS

  • Financial Industry experience preferred
  • Strong organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Systems
  • Fluently bilingual in Spanish & English
