Job summary

A leading education provider is seeking an IELTS Invigilator to assist in delivering high-stakes English language tests in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and attention to detail, and must be available on weekends and weekday evenings. Responsibilities include setting up test environments, administering tests, and ensuring confidentiality. This is an independent contractor position with flexible scheduling based on needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-stakes testing, including IELTS and CELPIP is preferred.
• Available on weekends and weekday evenings.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Set up test rooms and equipment as required.
• Administer and invigilate tests under examination conditions.
• Check in test-takers and their personal belongings.
