Invigilator Recruitment

Global Village Vancouver is recruiting Invigilators / Proctors for our Saturday English tests in the Lower Mainland. Testing takes place three times a month. Invigilators are required to be available at least twice a month at any of our transit-accessible locations (list at: -dates / .)

Most shifts are 7: 30am to 12:30pm or 11:30am to 4:30pm. The rate is $20 per hour.

A minimum two year commitment is required. Please do not apply if you cannot make this commitment.

Duties
  • Processing candidates through extensive security screening
  • Administering tests to standard by following test day protocols
  • Maintaining the validity of the test by ensuring all rules are upheld
  • Managing clients to ensure all receive a standardized, positive test experience
