Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking an Identity Security Engineer to implement CIAM solutions using Okta and Ping. The role involves hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management, customizing authentication protocols, and API integration. The ideal candidate has strong UI and coding skills, particularly in Java and HTML, and excellent communication skills for client onboarding. This contract position is based in Brampton, ON.

Responsibilities

• Expert implementation of CIAM solutions for enterprise applications.

• Design and develop user journeys using orchestration tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert implementation of CIAM solutions (Okta / Ping/ Transmit Security ) for enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and standards.
• Implement and customize SSO, MFA, and OIDC protocols for secure authentication flows.
• API integration and customization for user sign-in/sign-up and user profile management.
• Design and develop user journeys tailored to client requirements using orchestration tools.
• Strong UI customization skills for login, registration, and profile pages.
• Hands-on coding experience in Java, HTML, and related technologies for customizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments when required.
• Act as a liaison between developers and customers, explaining requirements and ensuring smooth onboarding until go-live.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in CIAM platforms (Okta / Transmit/ Ping).
