Position Overview: The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing IAM systems in coordination with the IAM Service Manager. This includes identity governance, account provisioning, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, conditional access, and privileged account management. The architect will collaborate with the other Architecture team, business stakeholders, and the engineering teams to define, evaluate, and update policies, standards, and solutions. They will provide technical guidance, drive continuous improvement, create and maintain the technology roadmap, and interact with industry experts to apply best practices. The role also involves developing complex IAM components, documenting solutions, and training operational teams. Required skills include experience with identity management technologies, directories, web access management, single sign-on, privileged identity management, multi-factor authentication, and cloud IAM. Desired skills include knowledge of regulatory controls and information security certifications.
