A leading professional services firm in Calgary is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist. You will troubleshoot SailPoint issues, lead incident calls, and ensure incident resolution within defined SLAs. Job description
Overview

At PwC, our people in cybersecurity focus on protecting organisations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies. They work to identify vulnerabilities, develop secure systems, and provide proactive solutions to safeguard sensitive data. In cybersecurity incident management at PwC, you will focus on effectively responding to and mitigating cyber threats, maintaining the security of client systems and data. You will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and resolving security incidents to minimise potential damage and protect against future attacks.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to SailPoint reported by our customers
  • Lead the incident call with diverse stakeholders
  • Apply and test fixes in Non-Prod and Production environment
  • Document problem solutions in knowledge base
  • Meticulously document case progress and technical details throughout the support case lifecycle
  • Provide 24x7 on-call support via rotational schedule
  • Participating in recurring support review meetings, present challenges and mitigation plan to Product owners
  • Ensuring Incident is resolved within defined SLA’s
  • Provide input to assist with continual improvement
  • Responsible to plan all new activities and deliver the same as per timelines
  • Fetch weekly reports and present to diverse stakeholders
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve:
  • 4+ years hands on experience in Identity Management solution, SailPoint
  • Good to have SailPoint certification
  • Deep understanding of Joiner, Mover, and Leaver’s process
  • Well versed with SailPoint deployment models
  • Hands‑on experience on IAM reporting with SQL server as back end
  • Deep understanding of User Access certification
  • Well versed with Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Application On-Boarding, Access Request, Automated Provisioning, password synchronization
  • Understand the important aspects of running a 24/7/365 operations
  • Deep understanding installation, Identity Mappings, correlation rules
  • Deep understanding of logs levels
  • Willing to learn other security products

The salary range for this position is $82,300.00 - $109,700.00 - $137,000.00 CAD Annual, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
