We are actively seeking qualified individuals tojoin our dynamic team as ICT Support Technicians, particularly those withexperience in Managed Service Providers (MSPs). As a crucial member of our ICTdepartment, you will play a pivotal role in providing first-line technicalsupport to end-users within an MSP environment. Your responsibilities willinclude:

Responsibilities:

  • Ø Determiningsoftware and hardware requirements to provide effective solutions to problems.
  • Ø Respondingpromptly to inquiries about software and hardware issues.
  • Ø Adaptingexisting programs to meet users' specific requirements.
  • Ø Installingand downloading appropriate software.
  • Ø Ensuringthe efficient use of applications and equipment.
  • Ø Repairingand replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers, and modems.
  • Ø May work ina call center environment.
  • Ø Conductingroutine system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, andoptimizations.
  • Ø Monitoringsystem performance and implementing proactive measures.
  • Ø Conductingtraining sessions for end-users and creating user guides and documentation.
  • Ø Collaboratingwith cybersecurity teams to ensure a secure ICT environment.
  • Ø Analyzingand diagnosing complex ICT issues, escalating problems when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an ICTSupport Technician or in a similar role, preferably within an MSP setting.

Strong knowledge of ICT systems, hardware, andsoftware.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks ina dynamic environment.

Certifications in relevant technologies or relevantacademic qualifications.

Must possess the ability to manage travel withinthe city of Perth, either by car or public transport.
