Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Reliability Engineer to join our team at Simcoe. This role combines the structured discipline of maintenance planning with the technical challenge of reliability engineering.
Our goal is to strive for zero breakdowns and efficient maintenance costs. The Reliability Engineer will play a key role by coordinating corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities while developing technical capabilities in both maintenance and operations teams.
The role will focus on advancing the Progressive Maintenance (PM) pillar, implementing condition-based monitoring technologies, improving MRO management, driving PM utilization, and building team skills. Success will be measured through safety, equipment reliability, MTBF, PM/CBM completion, inventory accuracy, and cost management.
