Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the IAM domain with one or more of the IAM Services.
• Experience as a team or project lead, with the ability to coach others.
• Proficiency in IAM solution implementation for efficient security controls.
• Knowledge of Entra ID authentication and protocols (SAML, OAUTH), SCIM, Role-Based Access Control, MFA.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard applications to IAM services according to established strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding.
• Provide guidance to ensure adherence to standards and identify security risks.
• Participate in onboarding testing, including test case creation.
• Implement solutions to improve onboarding process efficiency.
• Coaching and mentoring to optimize team performance.
