Job Summary

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of security-related programs, assessing threats and solutions, and leading teams through senior managers and managers. The position requires implementing strategic plans and budgets aligned with corporate and divisional goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for onboarding RBC service partners to IAM services.
• Advise on solution options, ensuring stakeholder buy-in across technical, business, and operational aspects.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiencies through process improvements and tooling.
• Draft reports and presentations for executive forums to align with IAM strategic goals and RBC risk standards.
• Estimate projects, assumptions, and manage IAM onboarding integrations.
• Collaborate with business partners and application teams to ensure ongoing compliance and alignment with IAM architecture and standards.
• Identify and report security risks in accordance with RBC standards.
• Support incident resolution and project issues as a point of escalation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering growth opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years leading Enterprise or Customer IAM projects with expertise in solution design and integration.
• Ability to interpret technical IAM documentation and possess extensive IAM solution experience.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and security controls.
• Experience with project planning and capacity management.
• Proven ability to lead in high-pressure environments, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis for executive reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IAM products like CyberArk, SailPoint, and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of application risk assessments and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP are advantageous.
