Job summary

Trig Energy Services Ltd. in Saskatchewan is seeking a skilled Vacuum Truck Operator to safely operate and maintain vacuum trucks and related equipment to remove, transport, and dispose of materials.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, comply with safety regulations, and document work orders and logs. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and reside near Edam, SK or relocate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for vacuum truck operations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Safely load and unload materials and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Complete required documentation including work orders and logs.
• Communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to ensure timely service.
• Follow all safety protocols including PPE usage.
• Respond to emergencies such as spills per company procedures.
• Participate in training programs to maintain skills.
