Job summary

Plug Power Inc. is seeking a Service Specialist, H2 to deliver after-market service and support for GenFuel hydrogen infrastructure at customer sites. The role requires strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and field service skills and includes training Field Service Technicians on H2 maintenance.

The successful candidate will act as a primary customer liaison, ensuring safe, reliable operation of high-pressure hydrogen systems and representing Plug Power professionally in the field.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in engineering, electronics, pressurized systems or an applicable field.
• High school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience may substitute the degree.
• Ability to travel up to 100% as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform surveys of hydrogen infrastructure at customer sites.
• Maintain and service H2 systems at customer sites.
• Perform remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and provide direction to support staff.
• Train and supervise personnel on troubleshooting and maintenance of hydrogen systems.
• Ensure safety procedures in the field and at customer sites.
• Represent Plug Power professionally in all customer interactions.
