Scotiabank is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Financial Planners in growing wealth management client portfolios in Canada. The role involves day-to-day administrative tasks, client service, and collaboration with a national administration team.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree, Mutual Fund License, and a willingness to work in a hybrid environment with in-person client meetings. English/French language skills are an asset.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Mutual Fund License is required.
• Hybrid role with some in-person client meetings.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Support Financial Planners in developing wealth management business acquisitions and client relationships.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for operational tasks and client service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with risk, AML/ATF, regulatory and conduct guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and accurate data processing.
• Work with the National Administration team to strengthen processes.
