Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking a Transportation Designer/Technologist to join our Transportation Infrastructure team in a full-time, hybrid role across Ontario. You will lead technical design work for MTO and municipalities, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development while balancing flexible hours.

The position can be based in Ottawa, Kingston, Toronto, Vaughan, Oakville, Hamilton, London, Kitchener, Chatham, or Windsor, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil engineering technology.
• Licensed to practice as a Civil Engineering Technologist or eligible within six months.
• Minimum of eight years' professional experience, preferably in the consulting industry.
• Demonstrated aptitude for, and interest in, business development.

Responsibilities

• Technical Project Work: Prepare preliminary and detailed designs for freeways, urban and rural facilities, interchanges and intersections.
• Business Development: Contribute to proposals and statements of qualifications and maintain client relationships.
• Learning & Development: Mentor junior staff and contribute to Dillon’s professional development initiatives.
