Tactical Security Guards & Loss Prevention Officers – London, Ontario (Full-Time | $20–$22.50 / hr)

• Previous experience in law enforcement or security is an asset

Tactical Security Guard – Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive patrols and respond to incidents swiftly
• De-escalate conflicts professionally using tactical communication
• Ensure site safety and enforce policies and procedures
• Write clear and detailed incident reports
• Work independently or as part of a tactical response team

Loss Prevention Officer – Responsibilities

• Monitor retail floor for theft and fraud using both floor presence and CCTV
• Conduct investigations and apprehend offenders in compliance with law and policy
• Liaise with store management and local law enforcement when needed
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of incidents
• Prevent loss through deterrence and strong observational skills

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Physically fit and alert
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally
• Must be available for full-time shifts, including some overnights
• Tactical training and prior loss prevention experience is an asset

Pay Rate

$20.00 – $22.50 / hour , based on experience and site placement
