Job summary

The Co-operators Group Limited is seeking a Sustainability Consultant to join the Sustainability and Citizenship team. This hybrid role requires 2 days in office, English is required with French an asset.

You will support the Integrated Annual Report, climate actions, and data collection across the enterprise. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Sustainability, 3–5 years in sustainability within financial services, strong Excel skills, and the ability to partner with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sustainability or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of sustainability, climate, reporting or related roles.
• Experience in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of cooperative principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of sustainability and climate strategies across the enterprise.
• Coordinate sustainability initiatives and data collection for reporting.
• Engage internal stakeholders and support communications.
• Assist with regulatory disclosures and sustainability reporting.
• Support partner development and program assessments.
