Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Canada is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for Transmission Towers. This hybrid role involves managing new projects and requires expertise in structural engineering related to transmission line foundations. Ideally, candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree, a California PE license, and seven years of relevant experience. Competitive compensation based on experience will be provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Transmission and/or Distribution engineering.
• Expertise in Electric Utility Distribution and Transmission Systems.
• Experience with NESC, G095, and ASCE codes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop new projects once data is received.
• Lead a team in structural engineering tasks related to lattice towers.
• Provide expert guidance on new installation and evaluate existing structures.
