Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Route Driver in Port Coquitlam to maintain inventory levels and distribute products across micro markets, vending machines and OCS.

You will load your truck each morning, service clients, handle merchandise displays, and ensure sanitation and safety. The role requires a valid license, several years of driving, and the ability to lift 50 lbs while working independently on a daily route.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record.
• 3 years driving experience required.
• Prefer 1–2 years in customer service.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels for micro markets and machines.
• Load trucks according to route requirements.
• Serve clients and resolve service issues.
• Report equipment issues to maintenance or dispatch.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and stock rotation.
• Keep vehicle clean and perform pre/post trip checks.
