Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager, New Product Introduction – Advanced Imaging, to own complex product development and NPI projects across engineering, product management, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and operations.

You will build integrated plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive timely decisions through gate reviews to deliver successful launches.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder management and decision-facilitation skills.
• 5+ years managing projects/programmes in engineering, hardware development or manufacturing.
• Experience with PLM, industrialization, commercialization and cross-functional product development.
• Familiarity with engineering change and configuration management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Advantage: PMP certification or progress towards certification.
• Advantage: Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery and Scrum experience.
• Advantage: ISO/regulated environments and Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Wrike or Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and NPI projects through commercialization and production launch.
• Build integrated plans covering scope, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies and critical paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve resource or execution constraints.
• Identify risks early and drive clear mitigation, ownership and escalation.
• Facilitate project, risk and phase-gate reviews and enable timely decisions.
• Provide concise reporting on milestones, project health, decisions and actions.
• Guide projects through PLM processes and required gate criteria.
• Coordinate design transfer, qualification, manufacturing readiness and production transition.
• Maintain RAID logs, decision records and change documentation.
• Strengthen PMO practices, tools and governance.
