Responsibilities
- Retrieve purchase orders (PO).
- Conduct pre-validation and invoicing.
- Monitor costs – gross margin.
- Update budgets for revenues and costs.
- Analyze unbilled report ensuring timely billing.
- Forecast and analyze monthly billing.
- Present billing analysis to senior management.
- Review projects for correct billing and costs.
- Create journal entries to validate costs.
- Track accruals from Accounts Payable.
- Contact vendors to submit invoices.
- Provide financial consultation to senior management.
- Create project codes and assign budgets.
- Help build positive team relations.
- Protect confidential information.
- Perform other assigned administrative duties.
- Enhance organizational reputation through ownership.
- Liaison between NGM Financial Analyst.
