• Minimum of one (1) year of experience reading and interpreting development, site, and grading plans.
• Working knowledge of planning, zoning, grading and drainage principles for low density residential development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer experience matters.
• Respond to public inquiries using planning knowledge and technical expertise.
• Engage and provide advice on zoning matters and planning applications.
• Review technical documents to ensure completeness of applications.
• Coordinate the intake and processing of development applications.
