Job summary

Hallmark Canada is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to support field merchandising across pharmacy, grocery, or big box retailers in mass channel accounts. Responsibilities include ordering, receiving, and merchandising according to a master schedule and merchandising plan.

Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will maintain scheduled service visits, manage inventory, and communicate with account management to ensure retail standards are met. Average weekly hours: 1–3.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in retail environment beneficial.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Smartphone proficiency and email management.

Responsibilities

• Supports merchandising service with inventory management and merchandising activities in an assigned retail account or several retail accounts.
• Maintains scheduled service visits each week and stays within set budgets as they flex from week to week.
• Follows merchandising plan, productivity standards and schedule; provides feedback to the Territory Manager.
• Provides additional support to cover vacant accounts, holiday periods, and seasonal peak demand periods.
• Supports department revisions, remerchandising, relocations and new store installations as required.
• Average weekly hours for this position are between 1 - 3 hours per week.
