Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in P&C underwriting, preferably with an MGA.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate risks and make underwriting decisions based on guidelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and clients.
• Manage submission, quoting, and binding processes for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with other underwriters and internal teams to achieve sales goals.
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions with brokers and clients.
• Analyze data and trends to identify new business opportunities.
