• Minimum of 5+ years experience as a counsel in Ontario handling accident benefits claims.
• Background in insurance defense litigation and/or general litigation experience.
• Knowledge of standard office equipment and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise legal strategies for accident benefit matters before the tribunal.
• Conduct arbitration hearings and draft legal documents as required.
• Advise claims representatives with unambiguous legal opinions.
