Job summary

Vancity in Vancouver is seeking a Network Engineer to design, operate, and secure our enterprise network infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security while collaborating with technology teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document network platforms including WAN and campus networks.
• Provide second-level IT service desk support to meet SLA targets.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deploy network solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement through trend analysis and lifecycle management.
