Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience gained within a reputable practice with significant exposure to complex litigation matters
• Excellent client service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Willingness to take initiative
• Excellent academic credentials

Responsibilities

• Assisting as counsel with a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters in the areas mentioned above
• Drafting and presenting strong legal arguments through memos, briefs, facta, and court appearances
• Mentoring students and junior associates
