• Define mitigation plans for identified risks and validate technical documents.
• Forecast workload and identify necessary resources to meet commitments.
• Support the team in problem-solving and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Allocate appropriate resources to projects, programs, and tenders.
• Manage development of the Cross-Disciplinary team.
