Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical building engineering or an equivalent.
- Hold a P. Eng certification from Engineers Nova Scotia.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical building system design.
- Fluency in oral and written English is a must.
Responsibilities
- Prepare proposal submissions including pricing and agreements.
- Participate in the design of building mechanical systems.
- Perform energy audits and building assessments.
- Follow up on each step of a project.
- Assist the client during the tender process.
- Project planning including design and construction schedules.
- Prepare technical reports and construction cost estimates.
- Provide technical support to clients.
