- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational strategy.
- Proven ability in relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage the implementation of a comprehensive workforce planning and resource management framework.
- Consult and collaborate with HR Business Partners and Business Unit Leadership to develop workforce strategies.
- Develop and implement people-centric analytic solutions including dashboards and reporting.
