Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a maintenance or operations planning role.
• Experience with IoT or AI-driven planning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on alignment of maintenance schedules.
• Lead planning for extended shutdowns and readiness of all systems.
• Contribute to the design of the Control Center’s digital architecture.
• Support integration of maintenance data into centralized dashboards.
• Facilitate communication between operations, engineering, and digital teams.

Skills

Maintenance systems knowledge (Maximo, CMMS)

Strong knowledge of Excel and digital tools

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Bilingual (French/English)

Education
