EQ Bank is seeking a Manager, Commercial Portfolio Management in Toronto to lead and mentor the Commercial Credit team, oversee the BES portfolio, and ensure risk is assessed in line with policy and controls.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in commercial real estate lending, strong leadership and coaching skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive efficiency and client-focused service in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending.
• Post-secondary education in business or finance.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and provide guidance to team members.
• Oversee portfolio underwriting/renewals and annual reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and control requirements.
