Qualifications

• Familiarity with relevant legislation like the Bankruptcy Act is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist professionals by preparing legal documents and managing files.
• Conduct due diligence searches using ONCORP and Teraview.
• Draft demand letters, pleadings, and statutory notices.
