Responsibilities
- Triage and dispatch incoming support requests from clients.
 - Monitor and manage open support tickets and cooperate with technical staff.
 - Communicate with clients to provide clear updates on their requests.
 - Collaborate with Client Services Managers on service-related concerns.
 - Review open ticket queues with the technical team to avoid unresolved issues.
 - Document service requests accurately in problem tracking system.
 - Provide Tier 1 technical support and solve user issues.
 - Guide users through technical difficulties with training and advice.
