Job summary

This role involves supporting and leading IT projects, managing various SaaS platforms, and enhancing team productivity through technology. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a systems administrator role in a primarily Mac-based environment.
• Expertise in managing SaaS platforms and user provisioning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead projects for transformative IT changes across the organization.
• Provide help desk ticket resolution and manage a support ticket queue.
