The role requires expertise in advising clients on IT solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have strong web development skills and the ability to provide strategic guidance. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in development, programming, and analysis at Level 3 with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Familiar with change-management principles and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to advise on IT to meet business objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical assistance.
• Act as the technical advisor on specific deliverables.
• Conduct quality assurance on deliverables.
• Develop processes and procedures for deliverables.
