Qualifications

• Experience in a Fund Administration role in Private Equity.
• Knowledge of Private Equity structures and waterfall calculations.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership with departmental initiatives and projects.
• Mentor team through training and development.
• Prepare investor allocations and oversee capital calls.
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to positive culture.
