Job summary

Enbridge in Canada seeks a Specialist, Infrastructure Planning to bridge commercial and technical teams using pipeline system expertise to maximize revenue and performance.

You will assess opportunities, develop optimization strategies, and provide recommendations supporting growth, operational excellence, and long-term objectives across the Liquids Pipelines network. Some travel (<10%) and an engineering background are desirable.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant industry experience in pipeline operations or related disciplines.
• Engineering degree; professional designation is an asset.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate commercial opportunities and operational requests, assessing feasibility and developing executable solutions that maximize system value.
• Provide strategic recommendations on complex business and technical challenges to support informed decision-making and business growth.
• Identify and advance optimization initiatives and business cases to improve throughput, efficiency, and financial performance.
• Define project scope and support high-impact growth and energy transition initiatives with significant financial implications.
• Partner across commercial, operational, technical, and functional teams to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Leverage technology and system expertise to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
