Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, focusing on unionized environments.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret collective agreements and support grievances.
- Strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal clients to deliver HR services effectively.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR issues across the employee lifecycle.
- Provide coaching to leaders on employee relations and grievances.
