  • 3+ years relevant experience in data analysis functions.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in coordination functions.
  • Experience in HR analytics including building, configuring, customizing, and implementing reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the shared HR email inbox to respond to queries and support HR team operations.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly roles.
  • Provide reports for HR and prepare HR KPI for Leadership Team.
