Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ HR administration or related experience required.
  • Experience with a record-keeping system like HRMS is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with drafting employee letters including probation and employment letters.
  • Administer employee benefit programs and provide assistance to employees.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and provide relevant data.
  • Monitor the attendance tracking system administration.
  • Organize and maintain the HR SharePoint site.

Skills

Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work effectively
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Education

College diploma in HR, business administration or related discipline
