Job summary

Sinai Health Foundation in Toronto is seeking a dedicated Fundraising Research Analyst to build our donor pipeline by identifying major gift prospects and supporting engagement strategies. Reporting to the Director, Research Analytics, you will develop prospect profiles and research products to inform strategic fundraising initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in prospect research or a fundraising environment, strong data analysis skills, and experience with Raiser's Edge or similar

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in prospect research or fundraising environment
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze prospect backgrounds, wealth indicators, interests and relationship with Sinai Health to identify major gift prospects
• Monitor news sources to stay abreast of developments affecting fundraising strategies
• Prepare detailed prospect profiles and lists to support campaigns and planning
• Support prospect management activities, including portfolio assignments and pipeline management
• Conduct regular analysis of portfolios with emerging major gift donors
• Ensure major gift prospect records in Raiser's Edge are accurate
• Add and maintain campaign tracking processes and prospect strategies in the database
• Manage multiple requests under tight timelines
