Job summary

Calgary Airports is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to join our team. You will execute data collection, preparation, and analysis to support operational, financial, and performance reporting, delivering recurring and ad hoc insights across Supply Chain and Accounting stakeholders.

You’ll build and maintain dashboards and reports using Oracle OTBI, SQL, Alteryx, Excel, and Power BI, working with established data models and governance in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS or related field.
• 4 to 6 years FP&A, financial systems, or business analysis experience.
• Hands-on data collection from multiple systems for reporting.
• Experience building dashboards and standard reports for KPIs.
• Proficiency with Oracle OTBI, SQL, Alteryx, Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Execute data collection, preparation, and analysis from multiple systems to support operational, financial, and performance reporting.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting for Supply Chain and Finance with accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and update interactive dashboards, standard reports, and visuals to communicate KPIs.
• Build, modify and maintain reporting assets using Oracle OTBI, SQL, Alteryx, Excel, and Power BI.
• Identify data quality issues and flag discrepancies to data owners.
• Apply controls and governance to ensure reporting accuracy and data security.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to apply best practices for data extraction and reporting.
• Troubleshoot recurring reporting issues and provide effective solutions.
