Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ relevant experience in industry.
• Experience in commercial real estate accounting and/or finance an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and investor reports for senior management.
• Manage accounting staff including setting team goals and delegating tasks.
• Responsible for daily fund cash management.
• Manage fund debt facilities including extensions, draws, and repayments.
• Manage annual financial audits on multiple entities.
