Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years’ relevant experience in industry.
- Experience in commercial real estate accounting and/or finance an asset.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and investor reports for senior management.
- Manage accounting staff including setting team goals and delegating tasks.
- Responsible for daily fund cash management.
- Manage fund debt facilities including extensions, draws, and repayments.
- Manage annual financial audits on multiple entities.
