Sustainable Fitch, based in Toronto, seeks an Analyst to join our ESG-focused financial analysis team. You will contribute to sustainability assessments and research, supporting credit ratings and ESG insights within a globally recognized organization.

The role offers hybrid work, ongoing training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have 1–3 years in sustainability, strong analytical skills, and a degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental science, social risk, governance, economics or related fields.
• 1–3 years of sustainability experience and knowledge of market themes/regulations.
• Basic financial literacy; able to work with data.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Apply Sustainable Fitch’s analytical methodologies to ESG assessments.
• Deliver high-quality, timely written analysis on sustainability products.
• Monitor a portfolio of entities daily with focus on sustainability performance.
• Stay up-to-date with global sustainability trends and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with colleagues across regions to leverage knowledge.
