Aon Canada in Montreal is seeking an Associate in our Professional Services Practice for an Early Careers development path. You will support the team in delivering insurance broking services to large global clients, focusing on risk retention, financing and transfer decisions.

The Launch Development Program offers structured 10-month growth with on-the-job learning, professional development and cross-functional exposure across Aon’s solutions.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years in related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Some insurance knowledge in specialty lines is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participate in delivering services and advice to clients' risk managers and offices of general counsel.
• Assist in preparing underwriting submissions and claims exhibits for commercial insurers.
• Draft and prepare policy documentation and endorsements; prepare wording comparisons across risks.
