Qualifications

• Knowledge of internal quality assurance programs, audits and protocols.
• Knowledge of Laboratory Accreditation requirements and processes.
• Capability to apply great attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities.
• Capability to apply interpersonal skills and techniques to interact effectively.
• Nurture a people-centered and quality-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all activities of the Quality Assurance programs.
• Lead quality assurance strategic planning including budget and resource planning.
• Monitor and report quality performance to the organization.
• Establish quality goals and monitor performance against goals.
• Lead a large Quality Assurance team and develop team effectiveness.

Skills

Knowledge of internal quality assurance programs, audits and protocols

Knowledge of Laboratory Accreditation requirements and processes

Knowledge of laboratory operations and processes

Project governance and project management

Strategic planning and goal-setting skills

Proficiency with MS Office Suite

People and team leadership skills

Performance management skills

Education

University degree in Business, Engineering or Science

Tools

MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
