Red Nucleus in Toronto is hiring a Project Coordinator to join our Medical Communications team. The role is hybrid based out of our Toronto office and involves coordinating timelines, budgets, and cross-functional activities for medical communications projects.

As a Project Coordinator, you will translate project requirements into actionable plans, communicate with clients, and support day-to-day execution to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sciences.
• 2+ years of digital, account, project management and/or healthcare experience in an interactive agency.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Basecamp or Redmine.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, and maintaining project documentation.
• With supervision, lead day-to-day project operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, resourcing, and deliverables are up to date.
• Serve as a primary point of contact on project while ensuring communication between internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Identify opportunities for process development and enhancement to improve project efficiency.
