Qualifications

• 2–5 years of post-call experience in corporate securities law, with a focus on capital markets and M&A.
• Experience representing issuers, underwriters, and shareholders in public offerings and private placements.
• Familiarity with governance, exchange compliance, continuous disclosure obligations, and regulatory matters.
• Strong drafting and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Authorized to practice law in Canada; strong academic record.
