Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years of commercial P&C underwriting experience.
• Completion of or working towards a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite various commercial lines submissions for brokers.
• Ensure proper underwriting and documentation of new business submissions.
• Build strong relationships with brokers by offering insurance solutions.
• Make recommendations to improve department efficiency.
